Description
The 'Butterfly' lounge chair, a Dutch Design favorite, was designed by Gerard van den Berg for Montis and was first produced in the 1980s. The chair includes a blue leather seat hanging from an black aluminum frame.
The leather seat cushion is filled with foam and rests on a woven net that is attached to the frame. The result? A super comfortable and soft yet sturdy chair, that is lightweight and easy to move around. The seat and frame are separate parts and are both easy to carry.
This particular color combination is hard to find, and usually when we find it, the color of the leather is extremely faded. That's why we offer this color made-to-order. We will hand paint the leather seat of an original vintage piece, in this exact color blue. The lead time is 2 - 3 weeks.
