FAQ

HOW DO I RETURN A PURCHASE?

You can always return an online purchase within 14 days after the delivery. 
How to return an item: please report your return by email as quickly as possible. After our confirmation you have 14 days to return the item. 

For vintage items: You can arrange transport yourself, or have us arrange the pick up for you. Depending on your location and size of the item pick up costs of vintage pieces are between €40 - €80. We will deduct the pick up costs from the refund. The shipping costs and responsibility for damages of returns are for the customer.

For contemporary items: Send your item back by postal service with a tracking link or return your item personally at our studio in Amsterdam Oost. The shipping costs and responsibility for damages of returns are for the customer.

Refunds are made through the webshop system, you will receive a confirmation email (always check your SPAM) and the deposit can take up 1-5 business days.

DELIVERY OF VINTAGE DESIGN PIECES
We provide free professional doorstep delivery in the Netherlands & Belgium.
We strive to deliver your vintage order within 5 - 14 days, usually you will receive your order the next week. We work with our own professional logistics partner DG Express who will contact you about the delivery on Whatsapp / text message / phone call.

Unfortunately we are not able to store your purchase for more than 4 weeks. 

International shipping: We ship worldwide! European shipping will take 14 - 28 days depending on your location. Please contact us first for a quote.
It's also possible to arrange shipping yourself: please select 'DIY shipping' in the check out. 
UK after Brexit: Delivery is possible to the UK. Please note that there are extra costs besides shipping costs, the transporter will ask for an extra import fee and the UK government will tax you UK VAT.


DELIVERY OF CONTEMPORARY ITEMS
Please note that most of our contemporary furniture is produced sustainably on a made-to-order basis and our partners keep small stocks to prevent overproduction. This means that a production time of 1-6 weeks average might be applicable at the time of placing your order.

In every product description you'll find a shipping and production time estimate. Unfortunately we can't link external stock to our store in real time.
If you'd like to know if an item is in stock before ordering,
send us a message and we'll double check the producers stock for you.
After placing your order, we won't be able to tell you when exactly your order is out of production and ready for shipping. You will receive an email with the tracking link as soon as your order is on it's way to you.
We kindly ask you for your patience and support for this sustainable way of furniture production.


NO RESERVATIONS / NO HOLDS
Unfortunately it's not possible to put our vintage pieces on hold for you.


WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We accept payments through iDeal, Maestro, Mastercard, Bancontact & Giroplay.
All sales go through our online store.


VAT %
Please note that our vintage items are 'margin goods' and therefore the charged VAT is 0%.
Contemporary items are charged with 21% VAT.


DO YOU HAVE PIECES FOR RENT?
Our space is unfortunately no longer for rent as a shoot location with props, but our design pieces are for rent on a daily base, discover our rental options.


IS IT POSSIBLE TO VISIT THE STUDIO?
We've recently moved from our showroom in Rotterdam Noord to our studio Amsterdam Oost. We're currently focussing on our online store, so we don't have regular opening hours until further notice. Contact us to make a viewing appointment.
