DELIVERY & RETURNS
You can always return an online purchase within 14 days after the delivery.
How to return an item: First, please report your return by email as quickly as possible. After our confirmation you have 14 days to return the item. (Europe only.)
Returning vintage items: You can arrange transport yourself, or have us arrange the pick up for you. Depending on your location and size of the item pick up costs of vintage pieces are between €40 - €80. We will deduct the pick up costs from the refund. The shipping costs and responsibility for damages of returns are for the customer.
Returning contemporary items: Send your item back by postal service with a tracking link or return your item personally at our studio in Amsterdam Oost. The shipping costs and responsibility for damages of returns are for the customer.
Refunds are made automatically through our webshop system. You will receive a confirmation email (always check your SPAM). The deposit can take up 1-5 business days.

DELIVERY OF VINTAGE DESIGN PIECES
Free delivery in The Netherlands & Belgium: We provide free professional doorstep delivery in the Netherlands & Belgium. We strive to deliver your order within 5 - 14 days, usually you will receive your order the next week. We work with our own professional logistics partner who will contact you about the delivery on Whatsapp / a text message / a phone call. Unfortunately we are not able to store your purchase for more than 4 weeks.
European shipping: We arrange standard European doorstep delivery that will take 14 - 28 days. The additional shipping costs vary from €150 - €350 depending on your location and size of the item. Please contact us first for a quote at hello@fussypeople.eu
International shipping: We can ship vintage pieces worldwide. Please be aware that extra shipping costs depending on your location will be added to your order. Please contact us first for a quote at hello@fussypeople.eu
UK after Brexit: Placing a vintage order is possible for UK residents. Please contact us first at hello@fussypeople.eu and please note that you will have to arrange shipping yourself (through Shiply for instance). Keep in mind that an extra import fee could be asked by your transporter and the UK government could tax you UK VAT.
Placing your order: You can choose to place your order and pay for the additional shipping costs afterwards: choose the option 'pay for shipping afterwards' in the check out.
DELIVERY OF CONTEMPORARY ITEMS
Please note that most of our contemporary furniture is produced sustainably on a made-to-order basis and our partners keep small stocks to prevent overproduction. This means that when an item is not in stock, a production time of 1-6 weeks average might be applicable at the time of placing your order.
